Studied piano with Levente Kende, Jan Vermeulen, Gënther Kootz, Dora Milanova and Eliane Rodrigues.

Is laureate of the 'Cantabile composition competition Antwerp', the 'X-session remix contest of EMI', 'Muizelhuiskoncerten', the 'ISME-composition contest', the vi.be/StuBru remixcontest R. Van Het Groenewoud.

Works together with Hanna Drziewiecka, violin and Anthony Gröger, cello on his seven pianotrios.

Wrote music for the films KHO (1997), 'Dean' (2000), 'Mon' (2001), 'De Kleine Janneman' (2006), 'Merry Christmas, Mr. Tree' (2007) and 'Antwerp-Matadi' (2009)
